Welcome to Fairways Care

Fairways Care (UK) Ltd is an Independent Childcare Company based in the south of England. We provide a range of services for children and young people aged 0-21 who present with the most challenging and complex of needs.

We have offices in Southampton, Alton and Poole with our school and children's home both being located in Swanwick.

We aim to provide a continuum of care, assessing, identifying and implementing a variety of creative and flexible packages tailored around the needs of the child / young person. This is underpinned by the companies therapeutic ethos, which permeates all aspects of our work.

The young people placed with us have normally experienced multiple placement breakdowns and many have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or Attachment Disorder.

Over the last four years we have over a 95% success rate at turning around the behaviour of children, many of whom had previously been described as being "Completely out of control". We have successfully fostered children who were assessed "unfosterable", and reintegrated young people back in to school who had refused education for years.
