Senior Practitioner in Therapeutic Approaches:

(£14 per hour.  PM and Weekend Shifts only )

Fairways are looking for part-time experienced and qualified staff to perform the role of Senior Practitioner in Therapeutic Approaches.

We are looking to appoint/recruit a number of suitable Senior Practitioners who may only work once or twice a month to supplement additional income to their existing job role, or to keep their “hands on” with direct work with young people. The Senior Prac’s role will be to advise the shift leader and other staff on how best to manage behaviours, how to deal with difficult situations, to model positive interactions between staff and young people and to model staff interactions with each other when challenging or suggesting improvements to practice or how practice could be improved.

Support Workers:

(£7.95 - £9.80 per hour + sleep in enhancement of £33.29)

Fairways are looking for support workers to provide support across three departments (residential care, education and foster care support work) Evening and weekend shifts available on a full time, part time and non contracted (bank Staff ) basis.

Foster Carers: 

(£21,400 - £41,600 per year)

• Willing to improve the life chances of challengeing but vulnerable children.
• Must have spare bedroom
• Full training and professional support provided
• Childcare/youthwork experience essential
